What is the difference between in-stock and pre-order products?

In-stock products are already available in Morocco and ready to be prepared for delivery. Pre-order products are ordered from Korea and shipped after they arrive in Morocco.

How does a pre-order work?

After your order and payment are confirmed, we secure your product from our supplier. We keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as it arrives in Morocco.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs 60 DH anywhere in Morocco. The delivery fee is added to your order during checkout.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by bank transfer through Al Barid Bank or through Cash Plus using the mobile app or an agency. Payment instructions are displayed after checkout.

Is cash on delivery available?

No. Cash on delivery is not available. Your order is confirmed only after we receive and verify your payment proof.

What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

Your order will be shipped together when all products are available. If you request separate shipments, an additional delivery fee will apply.

How will I receive updates about my order?

Mokou Shop will contact you through your selected communication method and notify you when there is an important update or when your order arrives in Morocco.
